We have chosen Six Sigma because of its philosophy of making decisions based on facts instead of interpretation. Our ISO program registers non-compliances, built records and statistics that unable us to come quickly with corrective measures. An innovative combination of DMADV and DMAIC methodologies are being used to deploy Six Sigma at Sigmasil.

DMADV: Define, Measure, Analyze, Design and Validate is applied for the designing
of new processes or reengineering existing ones.

DMAIC: Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control is used for continuous
process improvement.
